Article 5 - Payments

We use Stripe as a payment provider to process donations. Stripe facilitates multiple payment methods. The Sadaqah Smile Foundation does not have access to complete payment card details.

Stripe processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and their own privacy policy.

Article 6 - Communication

The Sadaqah Smile Foundation can communicate via email for, among other things:

• Donation confirmations
• Project and product updates
• Service messages
• Fundraising and engagement communications

You can unsubscribe from (further) communications at any time.

We do not store personal data longer than necessary:

• Donation and financial data: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
• Account information: as long as the account is active
• Communication data: as long as relevant to the purpose for which it was collected
• Analytical data: exclusively anonymized

• Functional cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the website
• Anonymized analytical cookies

No tracking cookies are placed without permission.
