What happens to my monthly donation?
Your monthly donation is invaluable and plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission. Monthly donations go into a separate fund for the expenses of Sadaqah Smile. This is different from the donations raised during the projects.
Below is an overview of what these costs are:

It is possible to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Log in to your dashboard, and go to your recurring donations in the dashboard menu
Now press Cancel Subscription
And confirm your cancellation
Your subscription is now cancelled.
You can check this by seeing if the status is on “Cancelled” as shown in the example below.
Select the desired amount you would like to donate every month. Next, fill in your personal details and choose your payment method (iDeal/Paypal/Credit Card). The authorization for direct debit is active immediately after registration. The first payment will take place within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation of each monthly payment per e-mail with an overview.
Sadaqah Smile uses the payment service Stripe. Stripe has the best security tools to ensure a high level of security and is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. In this way Sadaqah Smile always guarantees secure transactions through our donation form.
