Your monthly donation is invaluable and plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission. Monthly donations end up in a separate pot for the costs and expenses of Sadaqah Smile. This allows us to continue to apply our 100% donation policy and guarantee that all project donations go entirely to the project. Below is an overview of what these costs are:
- Transaction & bank costs
- Promotion costs
- Transport costs
- Website costs
- Accommodation costs
- Costs of external assistance
- Other expenses
We use Stripe, an internationally recognized and secure payment provider. Stripe meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS Level 1) and protects payment data with advanced encryption and multiple security protocols.
If a payment cannot be processed temporarily, we never charge additional costs. Several new attempts are automatically made to process the payment. If this is not possible, the month in question will be skipped and the donation will automatically resume the following month. You don't accrue debt. If payments cannot be processed successfully for an extended period of time, the monthly donation may be automatically stopped.
You can change or stop your monthly donation at any time through your donor dashboard. You are not committed to anything and retain full control over your contribution.
